Muppets: is there anything they can't do?

This made me happy, today. I know it's the day after St. Paddy's, but that's ok: Danny Boy isn't really an Irish thing, anyway ;)

Yay Muppets! Vintage Sesame Street and Muppets are my #1 reason for going to YouTube. ;)

Yes! Especially since all of my other favourites keep disappearing due to copyright BS.

You can't have enough Swedish Chef, Animal or Beaker in your life :)

Oh! and Miss Piggy & hippy Janice. Can't forget them :)

Moi! (That's an air kiss from Miss Piggy.)

The "Danny Boy" parody at your link had me giggling. I've sometimes thought that the "plot" or at least the sentiment of "Danny Boy" owed a lot to "Loch Lomond," which really was written by a Scots rebel who was about to be executed but which had been turned into a sentimental favourite a century later in Victorian England.

Och, stage Irish and stage Scots. Who can ever forget Lyin' Brian and Ronnie and spouses singing ... No, I won't repeat it here.
