The Economist: Vancouver is tops

Vancouver won "Best Place to Live" in the Economist's study of 127 cities. Toronto barely edged out Calgary for 9th place. Lots of Australian cities filled out the top 10, as did 2 Swiss cities & Vienna. Hmmm. No Yankee towns.

Cities were ranked according to "personal risk, infrastructure and the availability of goods and services."
