Happy Thanksgiving, Canada


A belated Thanksgiving treat: a recipe for Black bean Pumpkin Soup, from Willie's Cafe :)

I made the soup as my contribution to our family's feast. Lamentably, we were all too full from the other eats on offer. I think I'll be eating the leftovers for a few days to come--poor me :)

Chef recommends: add a generous pinch of cinnamon; it really makes the soup! Serve it with a healthy dollop of sour cream, too.
